Like 3 of 4 Fred Smith Company courses we've played, the infrastructure has gotten so bad it will never recover unless someone with deep pockets buys it (them). Shabby, sparsely stocked clubhouse; terrible cart paths and ground between cart paths and fairways...and poor tee boxes. Some of their 'almost new' Bermuda greens have a lot of bad areas. Housing very close to the course....and a whole lot of them, including semi-detached. It's a very crowded feeling. I won't judge the fairways, because they were wet and still dormant. It was 'cart paths only'. So many of the cart paths were so bad (pine tree roots heaving up the asphalt) we had to drive around some of them. Bumpy driving onto and off of bridges, too.

Played this course many times as my son lived off #7 fairway. Course has good length and small greens that aren't in too good of condition but challenging to play to sharpen your course management. If you spray off the tee the houses will pay but that what keeps you focused on YOUR game. Over priced for the weekend and have seen the pace of play of golfers getting their moneys worth in time spent. Tight track, very fair for straight hitters many elevation changes for 2nd shots. Great inner city yardage course to get you ready for the nicer tracks in the area for the weekend.

Ok course, a bit pricey on weekends, there was no starter and I played as a single and had to find my own group to play with on the first tee. I think I was overcharged for the weekend rate as well by at least $6.00

Had not played here for 3 1/2 years. Some cart paths had been improved, but need to do all of them. Bridges not good, either. Fairways had MANY bare spots. Areas between fairways and cart paths were pretty bad. Clubhouse needs some TLC and just overall renovations. As usual, the greens were really good. Played for $19 on a Saturday using a 'special' voucher from GroupGolfer. Other than some resurfacing on asphalt cart paths, nothing had improved since last there. Maybe try again in another 3 or 4 years.
